    Auberge familiale avec un excellent service, tout a été facile tant par téléphone avant de partir que pendant le séjour. Très bon prix dans le centre de Santa Eulalia. L'emplacement est parfait. Avec un parking gratuit juste derrière, à une minute de la gare routière et des taxis. Ménage de 10, la fille qui fait les chambres très gentille aussi. La climatisation est parfaite. La fenêtre est double donc aucun bruit ne se fait entendre la nuit. Très recommandable.

    Positiva: La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro de la localidad de Santa Eulalia del Río. Junto a todos los servicios y con muy buen acceso. Lo elegí por estar cercano a la zona donde residen los amigos a quienes iba a visitar para compartir unos días juntos y también porla proximidad al club naútico.La limpieza es muy buena y la habitación cumplió mis expectativas cuando me facilitaron el cambio a la de caracteristicas que había solicitado en el momento de realizar la reserva. Es un establecimiento de gestión familiar óptima y atenta. Son muy amables. Recomendable.. Negativa: Partiendo de la cordialidad de los dueños, es cierto que para una reserva en el mes de agosto que realicé en enero, al llegar no habían previsto mi solicitud de habitación en planta alta y zona tranquila. El tercer día de estancia accedí a otra habitación en la línea de los esperado. Aunque es un establecimiento que apuesta por el orden y la tranquilidad, desde bien temprano el ruido de puertas, voces en pasillos y personal de limpieza, impiden respetar el descanso propio de unos días de vacaciones. Son detalles que podrían salvarse fácilmente con simples frenos en las puertas e indicaciones de respetar la tranquilidad que se aprecia el resto del día..

    Positive: Ottima posizione in pieno centro di Santa Eularia, la struttura è collocata subito dietro al comune della città. Si raggiungono a piedi un comodo parcheggio auto gratuito sul retro e la fermata del bus, le vie del centro cittadino e il lungo mare è a 5 minuti. Zona molto tranquilla anche la notte.. Negazione: Unico neo (che non pregiudica il soggiorno più che positivo nella struttura) è il condizionatore nella stanza che non è troppo moderno; non mantiene la temperatura sempre costante, ma prima di riaccendersi la fa salire un po' troppo.. Per chi soffre il caldo, in una località così calda, non è raro svegliarsi in piena notte per il troppo calore nella stanza..

    Positive: La posizione è fantastica al centro di Sant'Eulalia e comoda a tutti i servizi (bar, supermercati, ristoranti ecc ecc). Vista mare dal balconcino molto bella.. Negazione: Stanza con arredi un po' datati, doccia con tenda e dotazioni bagno (gel doccia e shampoo) contingentate..

    Positive: la posizione è ottima nella via centrale con parcheggi vicini... buona la pulizia ... letto comodo proprietaria gentile e disponibile. servizi essenziali.. Negazione: la camera con finestra su cortile interno ha un po il senso di chiuso , non essendoci ne balcone ne finestra il bagno... ! nel complesso.. sufficiente!.

    Positive: - very clean, room is cleaned up every day - very nice and comfortable room, it was quite big for a single room - beach is less than 5mn away! - hotel is 2mn away from the street where you have all restaurants and bars in Santa Eulalia - hotel is in front of an amazing store called L-Mental where you can buy artisanal goods - hotel is 3mn away from Santa Eulalia’s bus station where you have all bus lines departing to Eivissa, all the Calas, the Dalias market étc. Negative: - a bit dark in the room, not easy to read with such lighting, maybe add another light ? - a bit pricey but i booked last minute and not sure I could find something cheaper in Ibiza.

    Positive: Had an excellent stay here. Stayed for 7 days and not a single complaint. Host was fantastic, room was clean and balcony view was amazing. Beds super comfy as well! My boyfriend and I would definitely stay here again!.

    Positiv: Wir sind erst spät abends gekommen, deshalb ein klares Plus für das unkomplizierte Check-in. Es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte super. Die Lage ist perfekt. Öffentliche Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung in der Nähe von 21.00 bis 9.00Uhr morgens kann man Gratis parkieren. Ich denke in der Hochsaison bestimmt schwierig einen zu finden. In der Nähe gibt es ein Parkhaus, dort kann man für 46.-Euro für 7 Tage eine Karte lösen, was ich auch Okey finde.. Negativ: nichts..

    Positief: Plek was super, naast het bus station dus je kan overal heen! Kamers waren oud, maar heel schoon en netjes! Prijs en kwaliteit verhouding is echt prima. Veel gezellige restaurantjes in de buurt. Ook supermarkten en andere leuke winkels. Super weekje gehad!.

    Positiv: Wir haben kein Frühstück gebucht, da es in ummittelbare Nähe viele Möglichkeiten zum Frühstück gab. Die Lage ist optimal, Strand in der Nähe, Restaurants in der Nähe, Busstation in der Nähe. Trotzdem ruhig obwohl wir in Juli dort waren, so dass man gut schlafen konnte. Zimmer sind sauber.. Negativ: Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch, ist halt ein Hostal und kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Trotzdem empfand ich es als relativ teuer, allerdings ist Ibiza in Juli allgemein teuer..

    Pozitív: Gyönyörű szép hely , tisztaság ár érték arányban jó. Szép kilátás nyílik a tengerre. Negatív: A hűtő lehetne picit nagyobb, a hűteni kívánt italok alig férnek el. A törölközö ugyan mindíg patyolat tiszta volt, de már igen elkopott durva érdes. Ezt leszámítva tökéletes, kiváló hely nagyon kedvesek a vendéglátók..

    Positiv: Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren zwar einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber (auch das Badezimmer) und die Lage hätte nicht zentraler und besser sein können. Trotzdem war es ruhig in den Zimmern.. Negativ: Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

    Positivo: Limpeza muito boa (a senhora da limpeza foi simpática e cuidadosa), quarto simples mas com tv, varanda e ar condicionado.. Negativo: Pouca simpatia dos funcionários, pequeno almoço muito fraco (apenas pão, fiambre/queijo/manteiga /compota, ovo cozido e chá/café/leite/sumo laranja) servido individualmente e não em buffet. Wc sem secador de cabelo..

    En effet, à grand regret, nous avons dû annuler votre réservation. La carte fournie par le client n'était pas valide et après de nombreuses tentatives de notre part pour contacter les clients pendant des mois avant la date d'arrivée (tant par email que par téléphone), ils ne nous ont jamais répondu ni répondu aux messages sur le web. ont-ils réservé ? En effet, très désolés, nous avons dû annuler. La carte fournie par le client n'était pas valide et après de nombreuses tentatives de notre part pour contacter les clients des mois avant la date d'arrivée (à la fois par e-mail et par téléphone), ils n'ont jamais répondu ni répondu aux messages du site Web où ils avaient réservé.

    Juste derrière la mairie et à quelques mètres de la plage. Très bon traitement personnel et très bonne chambre, avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Séjour très calme et sans aucun problème. Très recommandable.
