  Aujourd'hui nous vivons une expérience totalement désagréable avec le personnel de cet hôtel... trop grossier et le plus triste avec les enfants de vouloir voir l'équipe colombienne... rejet total de cet hôtel. Je précise, ce sont certains travailleurs et je n'y suis pas resté mais ce que j'ai vécu ne génère pas d'attentes pour réserver une chambre dans cet hôtel 😔... et en fait une de leurs employées était avec son fils, un garçon seulement 4 ou 5 ans qui, étant si petit, son attitude était aussi forte et grossière envers les adultes, ça fait très mal de voir l'arrogance des adultes comment ils la transmettent à leurs petits ☹️🙁☹️🥲

  Je voyageais toute la journée et quand je suis arrivé à l'hôtel ils n'ont pas respecté ma réservation... il était 22h et ils ne m'ont même pas dit qu'ils l'avaient annulée. Le personnel de l'hôtel très incompétent, n'aide pas du tout. La raison qu'ils m'ont donnée était qu'ils avaient des problèmes d'entretien et que je voyageais seul et que tout le monde voyageait en groupe… attention terrible !!!   Hotel front desk checkin girl not so welcoming or happy. Charge for parking is ridiculous! Just ok compared to other Marriott hotels,room 732 had chips in bathtub,hole in bathroom wall that should have been covered with escutcheon, tears in bed covers. (can share pictures ). It is a good location for runners, lots of outdoor paths right at hotel. Night Bartender handled full house! He was great. Food good too.

  We stayed at the hotel for a long weekend with my family for a kids soccer tournament and I found the hotel to be a solid, clean and nicely located at least for this area. In addition the staff was helpful, courteous and resolved any issue (although they were minor) in a quick and fair manner.

  During a time of bereavement, I was treated like family and made to feel at home. Everyone knew my name, and became aware that my dad was passing. It was the most comforting part of my day to be greeted by the staff in the restaurant for breakfast. Just truly grateful for this experience at the Renaissance. It was a bright sun amidst a period of darkness.

  We had a great experience at the Renaissance this past weekend . I am a Titanium level member and stay at different Marriott properties all the time , and I would say the Renaissance Team was exceptional. We enjoyed the heated pool, and a special thanks to Dyan!

  Pleasant stay from 2/11-2/14. Easy check in and room clean and in good condition. Room updated recently and everything functioning correctly, bathroom "cozy" but everything in order and good hot water if shower pressure a little low. All the hotel staff were very friendly and decent breakfast available (no charge due to status) and bar staff also very friendly. Only downside was some crowding due to cruise ship passengers being accommodated and we had a connecting room which resulted in some noise (fortunately only during the day). Hotel was very close to a relative we were visiting, and parking (included in rate) was easy. Felt safe in hotel and in grounds. Overall, a good trip but would have been better if room did not have connecting doors (noise).

  When I first checked in they gave me the incorrect room without the bathtub which I payed for, then they moved me to room 817 with a bathtub, but when I looked in the bathtub there was a cockroach. They then moved me back to 805, when I got into the room everything was filled with dust especially the lamp shades, the bed seemed like it had never been changed or washed because it smelt like cigarettes. When we left the room for the day and came back the room was not cleaned by service and they told me they were going clean it. I talked to the supervisors Michelle and Dian and they said they gave me 15,000 points and I did not come for the points I came for the service that I payed for and Dian was helpful in the situation, but Michelle was rude and disrespectful when I told her about the situation. I have pictures of the room and the cockroach if you would like to see it.

  The hotel is very conveniently located to offices and amenities around Plantation Florida. The rooms are updated, clean and in working order. You will not be disappointed staying here. I travel for business a lot and this is one of the better hotels to stay at.

  It was the second time that I stayed in this hotel as unfortunately I am a flight crew and the company booked the same in two months period. Everything in this hotel is not up to the standards someone expects from a Marriott Renaissamce hotel. Service, food, cleanliness and food are very poor! Not a good choice! Should be downgraded!

  Overall stay was exceptional. Jonathan at the front desk was amazing and extremely professional and helpful. The maintenance staff were resolved my tv issue within 3 minutes of my call. I will definitely make this property my first priority when in town in the future.

  We were there for a wedding and not placed on the floor with the rest of the guests. It had been the wish of the bride and groom to have all the families together. My husband fell out of the bed on the first night and requested another room where the toilet ran after flushing and had to be adjusted after every use. The bathroom also smelled mildew.

  I really wanted to love it here. But I had repeated key card issues and the room felt cramped. Nothing close by in the area other than the hospital and no Netflix option on the TV. Hope breakfast is better when the restaurant is fully open because right now it's very poor (tuff eggs and cold bacon).

  We stayed here for our wedding weekend. I’m a local but we wanted somewhere to stay that was close to the wedding venue. We booked a suite as well as a single room for my groom to get ready the day of. The hotel has been beautifully updated and the lobby made for some amazing photo opportunities as well. The suite had plenty of room for all of us to get ready and not be on top of everyone. The only thing I would say is the first night we were there I was unable to get hot water for my shower. But I am guessing it’s cause the Georgia Tech football team was also staying in the hotel and I just chose a bad time to shower because we didn’t have any issues the rest of the weekend. **Also if you want somewhere close by to eat breakfast try out Kristoff’s Kafe. It’s about a 2 min drive but be prepared to wait. The food is that good!!!!***

  The only thing good about this hotel was the bed. Had great sleep. But other than that there was nothing extraordinary about our stay. Uncomfortable chairs in the room, with very low backs. Coffee distasteful; bathroom door did not stay open with a painting or something on the inside of the door that was "eye-opening". Alot of money for not so much

  Staff at the pine island location are excellent especially the bar tenders and front desk employees. I was a little ticked off about the absence of daily room cleaning service given the nation's return to normal. Otherwise a good consistent experience.

  When asked what time I would be checking in I told them 2 pm. When we got to the hotel our room was not ready and then I was told to leave my phone number and I would get a call when it was ready. Apparently there was a football team that stayed the night before and they just left and the double rooms were not ready. So we left and did some shopping came back 2 hours later and our room still was not ready. We were there for a soccer tournament and a lot of families from our club were having the exact same issue. Finally, after waiting in the lobby for another hour I spoke with someone and we were finally able to get into our room around 6 pm. Mind you normal check in time is 4 pm. At the end of the day around 9 pm when we are winding down for bed I get a text saying that our room is now ready! Not only that but when asked to extend our check out time by an hour (from 11 to noon), they said no! The least they could have done was give us an extra hour considering they had us wait for ~3-4 hours the day we arrived.

  This has been my fourth time this year staying at the Renaissance plantation. This hotel is close to restaurants and a small shopping center. It’s also a 10 minute drive to the NSU campus. The hotel is clean with a pleasant atmosphere and the staff are friendly. I would definitely stay here again

  Please do not offer early check in on your app, if it is not relayed to the hotel that you were checking in at. It makes it very awkward for the customer to get there at that early check-in time to get ready for an event, and then the hotel staff not have your room available because the events coordinator made a deal with a large group to check out at a very late/check in time for everybody else. And then the customers room becomes available at 8:22 PM when we are already at the event that we were trying to check in early for to get ready for. Poor communication between the staff/customers is unacceptable. Especially when there were other rooms available that we could’ve checked into. I totally understand if you’re short staffed with cleaning people but then you need to relay that to the customers so we do not get upset about not being able to check in on a time that we were promised. And then when we finally get back from the events at 11:30 at night and go to our room, the floor sticky the room smells but you’re just so tired you take a shower, but we know they supposedly have no other rooms to change to, So we go to bed anyways only to get up early just to leave to get out of there.

  Hotel was great! The room was amazing as well as the pool! The only flaw was the surprise surcharge and added tip when ordering from the bar which made me not eat there again! Other than that, I recommend this hotel to any Marriott lover.

  Front desk staff when I arrived was very unprofessional and even one day she was in her phone eating wings when I walked up to ask for something she had the nerve to catch an attitude as if she was not at work. The checkout lady was just as rude and did not explain things when I asked, the room upkeep for what I was paying each night was not appropriate for certain, the room was so small and the view was of the dirty swamp and highway but I was charged extra for a “view” suite. All in all I definitely will not be staying with you guys or spending my money at your hotel on my next trip out. One positive I must include is the housekeeping staff was very nice every time I asked for anything (towels, cups, etc) and they always did say good morning/afternoon or hello how are you when I passed them.

  Everything was clean and welcoming as I checked in. Customer service on check-in was top notch. Room was clean, bathrooms updated and clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Bar service was amazing! I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my colleagues visiting our corporate office!

  The hotel appears super nice online for the price which is why we choose to stay here. I purchased booking protection for my stay so that we were guaranteed a double room, however when we arrived they only had single rooms available. We were also up charged an extra $50 a night "incase of damages" which was not mentioned anywhere when i booked the room. We were promised a refund for the up charge but i yet to see that money. When we finally got up to our room we were greeted by ants and a broken fridge, which the staffed cared little about. I get because of how much was going on the weekend i stayed they were busy, but when ever we called the front desk about the ant issue they said they would send someone up and we ended up waiting for over an hour; and by that time we absolutely had to leave for an event we were going to. In person the staff was friendly and the checked a long line of people in super quick however im not sure i would choose to stay here again.

  The hotel was beautiful, clean stay was very pleasant and good customer service. My room had a great view and there was a lot of parking which was great. The only thing id suggest is AC in the hallway because on the 8th floor there wasnt any and microwave in the room.

  If you travel for work, you generally know what to expect when you check into one of the major hotel chains. Usually the rooms are decorated in a soothing bland decor that is functional but not terribly distracting. In this case, the room decor and furnishings were a disappointment the moment I entered the room and detracted from the stay. The rooms was missing the usually comfortable chair and ottoman. The desk was a small table with a "mod" scalloped wood edge that was uncomfortable to work on. Rather than providing any dresser with drawers, the room had a wall mounted TV (cool) and a hideous gold crocodile naugahyde toy chest to put my clothes in (very not so cool.) And nothing says budget furnishings like wall art of a framed white wire coat hanger with string tied to it. Huh? For the cost, which was higher than the surrounding hotels of similar quality, I had expected a nicer stay. Instead the room was irksome and irritating. On the plus side, the food was decent, and public spaces were clean. But I won't be going back.

  Thankfully the Renaissance was able to accommodate us at the last minute, otherwise we would have had to stay at the La ____, which was the absolute worse, and our vacation would have been ruined. Upon checking in the staff was extremely friendly, the smell, atmosphere and ambiance of the hotel was everything. The room was fresh and clean, no stains or anything else that would have been unpleasant to look at. It was a wonderful stay and I will be back.

  Lovely looking hotel but worst stay ever. Working in hotels myself, I know this was NOT what to expect. When I first checked in, I was told I booked for ONE NIGHT only when I know I booked for 2. My app and my email confirmation said 2 nights. I was told I might need to switch to another room the next night even though they told us they are not fully committed. The next day when I checked to see if I would need to change rooms, I was told I would in fact need to change my room. The manager was standing right behind the front desk agent and said NOTHING while this whole conversation was going on despite my frustration. The new room they gave us was probably the worst room in inventory. The sink faucet and handles were loose, it was a parking lot view (I booked lake view and balcony) when I told the front desk agent she said “well you didn’t prepay for your reservation” which I thought was the most ridiculous answer. Right as we were about to fall asleep, the fire alarm went off in the room and woke us up. We had a very early flight and this made it really hard to sleep. We had to put towels over the flashing light until engineering finally turned it off. Overall, I was disappointed with this stay and it was not at all what I expected from a Renaissance hotel. I stayed at a Renaissance in New York and Puerto Rico which were both lovely. I couldn’t believe what a mess this stay was.

  I had a great stay! My room was amazing! We only had one wash cloth but housekeeping was on the floor and immediately solved that problem. The night before we left a huge group of boys was running through the hotel screaming and banging on doors!! It was horrible! We ended up leaving and going out so I don’t know the final outcome but they were at it for about an hour before we left. Overall very nice hotel and nice staff!

  for a overpriced hotel there were no microwave, the small fridge filled with ice, unable to storage food in there. When I requested for extra towels the front receptionist asked to come in my room to see if we had extra guests. Remind you it was a family vacation of 4, they only gave us 3 towels. When I asked for room service the next day, the receptionist said they are booked for service, she will try.... okay what happened to 258.00 a night.... Never again.

  Speedy check-in, and we were advised on COVID precautions and on need to request room cleaning in advance. We are top tier elite and we were treated fast,efficiently, and welcoming as I suspect the staff do for all guests! I do wish the restaurant was open for lunch, but we were able to find a local place, due to the excellent location of the hotel. I only wish that the restaurant was open for breakfast, although the coffee shop was fast, had informal cafe seating available (high bar chairs and/or lounge seating (with no tables), but a nice place to sit down would have been welcome.

  Stayed one night but it was great! The staff are warm and friendly. The hotel's lobby is decorated beautifully. The room was clean with a lake view. The service was excellent. Whenever we needed anything they brought it to the room quickly. Having a Starbucks in the hotel is always a plus! The location is great. We look forward to returning soon!

  The room looked exactly like the pictures. I liked how they implemented 1 person in the elevator at a time. The pool was very nice and beds very comfortable. The only thing was when I washed my clothes I wish the water was hot like my family and my showers. But other than that very nice hotel.

  Dyan helped my spouse and I get checked in with no problem, she explained everything very well and her excellent customer service got me through the stay. Besides Dyan, the overall hotel is amazing, cleanliness is average, could be better. The food choices are great and the pool is amazing.

  We only stayed one night as it was a convenient place to see our daughter before going somewhere else. During check in and check out, the staff was professional and friendly. The entire hotel looked clean and well cared for. The room itself was oddly decorated, but the bed was very comfortable, and the showerhead was better than most hotels. There were charging stations throughout the room. For the value, I would go back to this hotel next time I'm in the area.

  This hotel was very nice and such a pretty lobby. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and a decent size. Wish bed size was bigger (had two doubles) but no complaints. Visited the pool which was nice and even had Starbucks in the morning. Housekeeping swapped my towels out every morning and I even requested some bath amenities on the app and they were delivered to room. Hotel is close to all shopping and restaurants and easily accessible off the highway. Will definitely stay her again!

  Hôtel parfaite. A moins de 15 minutes de l'aéroport. Secteur tranquille. J'ai pu courir en sécurité. Le déjeuner est excellent.
