    Positive: Very friendly staff. Meals were good. Pool area very clean. Exceeded my expectations. Will book again when I'm traveling. Negative: Food could have been a little warmer. A little slow about putting out fresh.

    Positive: Nothing. It looks like it was built in the 70s and hasn't been cleaned since. I was expecting a suite but it was just a room. There was blood on the lamp. Negative: It was dirty, loud, old fashioned, a single room instead of a suite. I don't understand how this cost me $170. I splurged so I could have a safe place to be with my newborn. What I got was disgusting. Never using Drury again.

    Positive: The hot breakfast included eggs & sausage, oatmeal, and waffles which were very good....the staff kept the food station stocked. the fitness room was well maintained. They also had free drinks and appetizers in the evening that were good for dinner. Negative: Some of the carpeting could have been cleaner (like the carpet in the elevators), but overall the things that needed to be clean, were very clean.

    Positive: Location Negative: Have stayed at this hotel many times and appears the care is starting to delcine. Will give it another opportunity however will not want to keep spending money and not receive quality service.

    Negative: We arrived early but was able to check-in. The refrigerator in the room did not work. I contacted the front desk and maintenance was there within 15 minutes and the refrigerator was replaced. Entire staff was professional,friendly, and willing to help.

    Positive: Room was comfortable and clean. We checked in just before midnight, and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a light blow out just after we got to the room, and they came up immediately and fixed it even though it was late. Great service! Negative: Breakfast was not great.

    Positive: This were a great place to stay when our connecting flight was cancelled and we were stuck in our layover city. We easily caught a a shuttle, checked in a little before 3, we ate dinner and had drinks at happy hour, and had breakfast there - all included Negative: The only thing that I didn't like was that our window was a window to a hallway next to he laundry room.

    Positive: I had along day of driving, once I got to the hotel the check in was very smooth. The room was clean and my seven year old appreciated having her own bed The hotel had a complementary dinner and drinks set up - a ticket for a complementary drink as give Negative: Nothing

    Positive: The wifi was good, easy airport transport and a nice light dinner buffet. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Negative: There was a really questionable stain on the curtains! Ewww. The carpet seemed dirty and I found a few hairs on the sheets.

    Positive: Staff was super friendly Negative: Checked in about 5 pm and the entire lobby was packed full of people waiting to eat the buffet and cash in drink tickets. Very challenging to check in with 75 people standing in the lobby.
