(Le français suit) The hotel is well located. a few minutes walk from Plaza del Comercio, restaurants, metro and other attractions. But it is super noisy, I was woken up several times during the night. The walls are so thin that it looks like the people talking to each other and walking down the hall are in your room. So if you are sensitive to noise, forget about this hotel, because I slept very little during my 2 nights in this hotel. I had booked a room with private bathroom whose shower was very small. When I arrived there was no one at front desk and the front door was locked. One of the occupants of the hotel opened the door for me and told me that there would be no one at reception until 11:00 am and that I had to go to another hotel 5 minutes walk away to drop off my luggage while waiting. I was really tired and irritated by these surprises, especially since no one had contacted me before to inform me of all this. Donc si vous êtes sensible au bruit, oubliez cet hôtel, car j'ai très peu dormi durant mes 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. J'avais réservé une chambre avec salle de bain privée dont la douche était très petite. Quand je suis arrivée, il n'y avait personne à la réception et la porte d'entrée était verrouillée. un des occupants de l'hôtel m'a ouvert la porte et m'a dit qu'il n'y aurait personne à la réception avant 11h00 et que je devais me rendre dans un autre hôtel à 5 ​​min de marche pour déposer mes bagages en attendant. J'étais vraiment fatiguée et irritée par ces surprises, d'autant plus que personne ne m'avait contacté avant pour m'informer de tout cela. La chambre était juste normale sans plus avec un strict minimum.
