Positive: The view from the house is just perfect for a vacation in Terceira... one wakes up in the morning and can have breakfast looking at the sea and Ilheu das Cabras. (It's a steep road up/down to the house but for us it was never a problem and our tiny car managed it always easily.) The house is located in a very quiet area and this is ideal for a relaxing holiday. There's a hammock in the front, a table and chairs in the upper terrace with sea view and a patio in the back for bbq (which unfortunately we did not use). Plenty of games also in the house for the slow evenings or rainy days. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and a spacious bathroom. The host (Sr. Alberto) was very flexible with our late arrival time and had all the info ready for us to enjoy a nice stay in the island visiting all the tourist spots, doing outdoor activities and eating at the best restaurants.. Negative: On the warm days the upper level of the house (where many beds are) becomes very warm even with the provided ventilator to cool down but luckily we were only 3 and could manage down below. Also the ceiling is quite low in the upper level so might not be ideal for tall people. For us it was not an issue but the house might not be good for people with issues with humidity as it becomes stuffy if windows are kept closed for long..

Une île tellement calme, une maison si accueillante, et des hôtes si serviables ! Une grande maison au cœur d'un petit village ou le temps semble s'être arrêté. Venus hors saison nous avons profité seuls de toute la maison ! Quel bonheur ! et surtout n'hésitez pas à y aller ! Nous avons été enchantés !!!

Belle surprise. Très propre et très bon confort. Lit 160. Par contre problème d'insonorisation. Le seul soucis l'hôtel ne fait pas les petits déjeuners cause covid. Problème résolu petit café juste en face pour prendre notre petit déjeuner et très peu cher👍

trop de bruit installations très anciennes Les pompes fonctionnent toute la nuit et vous ne pouvez pas vous reposer. Il y a un café sous les chambres, à partir de 6h du matin c'est très bruyant, et il y a une très forte odeur de nourriture.

L'accueil n'était pas particulièrement agréable. Malgré que la chambre était jolie, il manque un peu de rénovation. Le patio prend l'eau, la salle de bain était pas en très bon état.. et le dejeuné est très bof. Bref, bon prix pour le séjour, mais loin d'être un endroit appréciable.

Quelques petits soucis d'organisation. .. personnel parfois un peu dépassé et pas à la hauteur dans le service... Jacuzzi sur réserve et jamais réussi à avoir l'eau chaude ni les bulles... Pour un 4 étoiles décevant qualité. .. prix

Tout est propre et confortable. Je propose une autre table de chevet avec une lampe car mon côté n'avait pas ce support pour lire puis poser le livre.
