(100 Avis)I stayed at DELUXE SUITE for two nights; when I checked in immediately realized one of the bathrooms smelled too bad, like a public toilet. Of course, notify reception about this problem, and the reception staff said ‘would fix it; however, after coming back a few hours later. Still, nothing had changed, and bad smell. I was hardly disappointed this time stay. Because this year, I stayed almost 100 nights at Accor hotels. And this experience was worst this year, even though I staged a suite room. And this kind of worst experience is every time it happens in Berlin. Several years ago stated Sofitel at Kudamm an experience dirty towel attached many body hair. It seems this kind of low level cleaness quality is normal Accor group in Berlin....
