Bed was comfortable and despite being next to the road, was very quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and the late checkout was nice. Most hotels have an 11 or 12 oclock checkout, but we slept in to well past noon and they didn't bother us.

The stay was satisfactory as per usual, this was my 3-4 time staying here this year as I travel to this area frequently. The carpet had some gross things on it this time around, unfortunately

I reserved a suite and was given a bottom floor room near a back entrance. I was told the elevators were not working past the 4th floor. The was not clean. I took pictures of a red substance that’s was on a painting above the bed and the ceiling was showing signs of a leak of water damage. I went to my car to get something and I was followed into the building from someone with out a card key. He held the door open for friend. Didn’t feel safe, dirty room and traffic noise from the parking lot.

besides breakfast all is great. breakfast choices and presentation reminds me of a military food line. The personnel obviously do not have training to meet the customers requirements.

The good side, perfect room, you're not going to get a better room without spending a lot more money. Really, a lot. Clean, well organized, good mattress, good pillows - an d variety of pillows to met your needs. Down side - the internet is not secure, and the Verizon cell phone coverage is terrible. Would I stay there again? Definitely, but the internet thing is definitely a problem, and one that's easily fixed. Good location, easy access to the freeway, lots of weekday eating places nearby.

Nice staff! Hotel seemed empty, breakfast room deserted. Very limited menu, no buffet. Bar closed on weekends! Really? Room wasn’t cleaned one of the 3 days I was there. Mattress needs to be replaced. Elevator broken, windows in room left open when checked in. Needs new management

More energy and less attitude from the front desk. Rude at checkout and did not care about the guest at all just worried about kicking guest out as soon as check out or will charge you a fee for not moving quick.

The location of the hotel is near the highway and near restaurants and the mall. The breakfast is good but it is no part of the room package. The hotel is generally quiet.

We stayed in the new building and it would be helpful if upon check-in we are provided with some kind of map to guide us. Also it would be nice if we are informed of the breakfast service, buffet vs. order/takeout , had been very confusing for us. All other things had been great. Also , upon check-in the staff would know if we are IHG members or not , it would be nice to be offered perks i.e. bottled water , without us having to ask .

Customer service person at check in was welcoming and smiling. Customer service person at check out was the opposite. She seems unhappy with her job, did not smile at guests, and did not give me a copy of my receipt when I asked for it.

Positive: It was clean, quiet, safe, and the staff was friendly. The room had all the enmities and great bath towels that I expected. It was a great experience. Negative: Just wish that it had a microwave in the room to warm up the food.

The check in process was quick and efficient, as there were no questions or confusion after the interaction. Upon entering the room, everything seemed to be very clean which was positive within itself. The bed was comfortable for sleeping leading to a good rest. The soap and cleaning products for a shower were good to use as well, and made the stay feel just like home.

We took advantage of Acacia Creek discount as we have before. It was a quick visit so all we needed was a clean room and bed with a clean bathroom. We didn't have a chance to use any of the other facilities so we can't comment.

This hotel has changed. Used to be my go to hotel when i needed to visit Ca. Close to the freeway, bed is comfortable (after i purchased my own linen).. but the dirty linen and bathrooms have changed my mind. It was garbage at most of the outside doors, the constant reminders of locking, checking and double checking your door. They brought breakfast back and it was horrible and drinks are not included. Very different

I expected better from this hotel. The lobby’s smelled and the rooms were not cleaned properly. When housekeeping would knock on the door I would say who is it and they never once responded . They just kept knocking without saying a single word. Won’t be staying here again!!

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. From the second I walked through the door the staff was doing whatever possible to make my stay accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that the room and all other aspects of my stay were catered to my liking. I cannot recommend this hotel any higher please do yourself a favor and book here avoiding the lesser accommodations available at more of a cost. The beds are sublime and the hotel grounds are free from debris and riff-raft. The only negative I can state is the bathroom shower appear to be a little dated in comparison with other IHG hotels but, they are immaculate and have great temperature/pressure.

Just Soso Average hotel, The restroom was not clean on my arrival there is a Human feast still in the toilet. And the hotel is really hard it’s not like other Crowne Plaza I’ve visited before. So please don’t have much expectation on this one.

We had to ask to move our room on our last night because people were smoking downstairs and smoke was coming into our vent. It's not a nice neighborhood and people were yelling in the parking lot all hours of the night. The entrance trash can was overflowed onto the ground for the entirety duration of out stay. It was so bad there were mosquitos surrounding the entrance. The hotel room was ok, but the interior and exterior of the building is like a motel from the 80s. I'm a platinum elite IHG member and am considering not staying in any Crowne Plaza because of this experience.

It’s not really Crowne Plaza, it’s holiday inn. I must say that Overall my stay wasn’t the worst, but in certain aspects the hotel came short. Firstly, I received no recognition of my IHG status. When I enquired about it I was told that they run out of welcome amenities. I received 600 points later on. I don’t think that crediting prescribed points is the status recognition. I tried without success finding a working ice vending machine- that was certainly a fail if the machines on two floors don’t work. Finally, I was disappointed with breakfast. You didn’t offer eggs as per voucher, but a very limited low quality buffet instead. I prepaid for the breakfast option and what I received was very similar to free breakfast offered by hotels in the us. It’s a bit disappointing

Staying 2 nights, next day no room cleaning but took all towels with out replacing them. in morning called & asked for missing towels. Called front desk 4 times & waited 90 minutes no towels. Could not took shower , missed meeting Manager conveniently disappeared & no response. Totally unprofessional service with no common sense & hospitality care. Stay away.

The hotel is a fine property but run very poorly. Towels are taken from room being cleaned and never returned. Advertise food in bar and restaurant “No Food at this restaurant” Only poorly food at breakfast Signs about the bar open times and also what the serve. You are loosing bar business this way. Pool is a mess for days. It is very obvious treats the front desk people like Slaves!!! They can not make any decissions

The hotel is in a great location, nearby restaurants and stores. The rooms are outdated. Service at the front desk was very good by the staff. Some patrons smoked weed and notified staff but no action was taken. Water issue was a big inconvenience!

The staff here is mostly friendly, but sometimes the front desk staff can't be found, sometimes for 10-15 minutes. The pillows here are terrible. They replaced their old soap with a new one that is too small and doesn't work for face or shower. The room rates recently went up, 20% or more, and only a call to the manager got a decent rate even though it was still 12% more than before. Staff is generally friendly and the room/bathroom is generally clean.

Very elegant and taken care of. I advise whether you just want to get away for the weekend or handle some business to book at this hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone the values good service. There was virtually no food service except for a meager breakfast to-go option. The staff seemed totally untrained to deal with the customer service experience. This represents a total lack of leadership on the part of the management team which was not available when I asked to see the manager on duty.

hotel was close to the freeway and the price was fair in regards to other hotels. when we came to the room, it had a must smell in the bathroom and entire room. the bathroom could definitely use a redo. old faucet and toilet was hard to work.

Staff was kind, attentive, welcoming, courteous, and very professional. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered way more than was initially expected. The hotel itself looks absolutely stunning, a beautiful hotel. The prices are affordable and don’t cause bankruptcy like other hotels.

First thing was the TV did not work, due to missing batteries in the remote. Could not get the room Air to work, had to open the window, which allowed us to hear the FWY road noise all night. No change to this issue on the second night. This location could use a loading/un-loading area, near the door. All areas had RED FIRE Zones with Tow threat signs.

Check-In was great as we were greeted by name and our room keys were given including our breakfast pass for the next morning since we paid for 2 rooms that included breakfast. However, my room had a leak and it wet and destroyed the breakfast ticket. The next morning I asked for a replacement and explained what happened. The front desk gentlemen had no manners and just said we can't do anything. Each room should be given 2 breakfast passes even though we only had 2 people and 2 rooms. The way the representative explained was rude, not professional and so inconsiderate we just left without using any of the breakfast. I called customer service and they won't even give me credit or a refund for the breakfast. Worse hotel experience. Stay away from this location.

Desk check person never looked up, appeared confused, no eye contact. Second clerk remembered I had to check out and check back in. Third morning of check out, appeared more friendly. Limited breakfast choices, water was available in Dixie cup and hot sauce bottle was empty. No fan in bathroom, tub filled up while showering, drain needs to be cleared. Light up mirror for makeup did not light up, not working.

Our biggest concern was that the hallway on the first floor absolutely reeked of mold. We had to use the hallway to get to and from elevator. Fortunately, we were staying on a higher floor that did not smell of mold. Also, the breakfast experience was not great -- very expensive for very limited options, and not very good service.

Positive: It was clean and easy to check in. I only needed it for short stay. Negative: They forgot to replace the towels when they took the used one. I hung it thinking it would not be replaced since I could reuse one more time. But not a big deal.

Overall stay was okay, bed was comfortable, needed a brief getaway. Surprisingly I slept really well. Hotel is a bit dated, the "double pane" window might want to be updated to block out the nose. Located off highway 880 can be noisy in parts of the day depending on the side that your room is facing. however, staff was great housekeeper, restaurant and front desk. Gym was clean and had adequate equipment. the lobby area and was clean and had great airflow.

Checked in at 3;00 to go to a wedding, check in was great, friendly staff. Upon entering room found hair both in the tub and around toilet area, room had a strong musky smell of saturated smoke . Upon returning from wedding at mid nite. Room next store had a few couples in it speaking very loudly, at !:00 AM had to call front desk whom advised that no one was suppose to be in that room, apparently employees were in the room being loud and obnoxious, slamming drawers and doors while being escorted out. Woke up with a horrible headache due to smell of room and smoke, never going back!

- Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals im Speisesaal (Mitarbeiter hatte eher Interesse an seinem Smartphone als an allem anderen!!) - Nicht funktionierender Lift (bis in den 6. Stock - hoch und runter ???? Eine Zumutung) - Fruehstueck !!! (grottenschlecht - immer nur eine Auswahl... Eier mit Speck, 1 Scheibe Toast, 1 Joghurt, serviert auf und mit Plastikgeschirr !!!) - nach 3 Tagen hatte ich die Nase voll und das Hotel gewechselt Insgesamt hatte ich den Eindruck, dass das Hotel ziemlich "run-down" war.

Reserved a room at this hotel specifically for the pool and how close it was to my visit. During check in when I asked about pool hours or if a appointment was required they said it was just closed . Very disappointed, since that was not required by the state at the time and it's outdoors in the sun so really no reason to close it. Also my room was in the far tower and there was very limited parking nearby I had to park on the other side of the building and haul all my bags over since they only keep luggage carts at the lobby which was out of the way also. Just an inconvenience. The room was clean and ac worked. Noise from the freeway wasn't bad. Kinda pricey since I checked in around 10pm and had to checkout by 11 am . Total it was around 140. Really wish they would adjust the rates better.

My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights for a conference. We are pleased with the spacious and comfortable room. The bed is comfortable and we always had high quality rests ready for the activities the next day. The common area including the lobby, dining room, and pool are awesome - bright and spacious! Perfect for friends hanging out or having discussions. Highly recommend!

Very Comfortable room. Excellent Sleep and Shower which is why I was there. Rooms are in another building and as a lone female traveler I was a bit nervous not because of the location but only because it was so far away from the lobby. If I was not alone I would have been just fine though. Excellent area for shopping and food.

While the bathrooms are showing their age and issues, the rooms are quiet, spacious, and up to date with all the modern day amenities. Warm and friendly staff that are concerned about their hotel and your stay. They go above and beyond to accommodate you here with anything you may have forgotten or even if you’re dissatisfied with your room in any manner.

I stayed here for a night with my fiancé. We are finally vaccinated fully and needed a night to just get away. We’re both student who are burnt out on both ends so this minication was much needed. The room was clean, and everything was in working order. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional. He went above and beyond in giving me information about my reward points. He even made sure upon checkout that I didn’t miss out on my goody bag. He really made it easy for me too come back to this location.

It was pretty much sold at my front desk experience. I felt very welcomed and as an IHG reward member, I also got a gift bag with snacks which was a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, everything was clean, it was spacious, and I had a really good 2 nights. The only thing missing was a microwave. :-)

I stayed at this location for 6 nights in January 2021. The experience was overall pleasant. My first night I had some young, noisy neighbors but aside from that one night everything else was as good as I would expect from a hotel. I also really enjoyed the hygiene products!

Of all the hotel i stayed, this is the best one. First is the custoner service. It was perfect. The lady with the glass is veey kind, very helpful and very happy person. She gives a good vibe at her work. Second is the room. Wow! Very clean, very neat, smells clean like all just came out of washing machine. Level floor window, didnt expect for a view but when i opened the window, there is a small pond with a fountain. That is very relaxing to watch. The bed is my favorite, very comfy very warm, i want to stay there forever. My room was veey close to exit and you cannot enter the building without your room key card (except ofcourse if youre in the lobby). I didnt see much of what they have in the building because i just stayed in my room. Lobby has a perfect ambiance. I love the tall xmas tree and gift decoration. And they are following the safety protocol like wearing a mask and keep 6 ft distance. Thats why after staying here in a couple days, i check in again to stay for another couple days. Thank you for granting my request to stay in the same room that i used before.

Despite the plumbing issue of the drain not draining, and the stain on the sheet during these times. It was a really nice place to stay. Planing on making it one of my go to places to stay. Management was understaffed but very nice, and accommodating. Wish they had an option for a jacuzzi. But it was still nice without it. I was looking forward to trying out the food but it was closed down due to covid 19. Which is understandable. Overall so far my first stay was good for the price.

As soon as I got there I opened my curtains and saw a comforting view of a cute little pond and the pool. Then I took a nice hot bath that was very relaxing. When I went to get ice the hallways were really quiet and comforting. I really love the face wipe and mist spray on the bed. I slept like a baby and woke up refreshed and stress free. It was great like a breath of fresh air.

Always enjoyed this place when family members come in , this is where we meet. The only thing is that the rooms could use is a microwave and a better mini refrigerator for cold drinks. But all in all, it’s a very comfortable and clean place. Quiet and beds are comfortable. You’ll definitely get a good nights rest whether it be in the day or night. Safety practices with regard to our current situation are definitely being practiced here. My family and I were very pleased with our stay here.

Nice greeting at reception, not too crowded. Received a nice welcome pack which was appreciated. Room spacious, clean and had a fridge and beverage making machine. They do have a restaurant but seemed expensive. Caesar salad was around $18.00 but an extra $9.00 for adding salmon. Overall a good stay. Since the refurbishment the food and drink prices have gone up a lot, to cover the new carpets etc. I presume.

My stay preferences, which are on my profile and I also always write in the booking, are top floor and furthest away from elevator. For the simple reason that I value peace and quiet more than anything (on level with fast and reliable internet and a good bed). At this hotel I was placed on the 2nd floor, with windows facing the parking place for tour busses, which kept their engines running all the time. Not much good sleep these 3 nights. Also, the bed is very, very soft. My back is still hurting from it. However, you could argue that I was placed away from the elevator, as the elevator that was close to the room was out of order (!). Rooms and halls are very dark and somewhat tired-looking. The age of the property really shows. The lobby is nice, though. Also parking is easy and there is easy access to the freeway.

I am an IHG Platinum Member and I have stayed in a lot of IHG hotels (not to mention worldwide). This is my first review after experiencing such a bad customer service this hotel had to offer. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, no bellhop at all. I had to go find the luggage cart to carry my family's luggages to the room. Second of all, while checking in, I did not feel welcomed as a Platinum Member at all. Neither room upgrade, welcome drink, nor welcome point were offered to me. When I asked if there was a possibility to upgrade the room. The front desk looked at the screen for a second and "offered" me an "upgraded room". When we checked the room, it was just a standard room. We went down and complained to the front desk. She simply said "it's just a better option". I asked to change back to the original assigned room to be close to my sister. Thirdly, many other bad experiences I encountered at this hotel such as refrigerator was not working, got charged for breakfast when I already paid for, my husband got uncomfortable look while we were having breakfast from the server (probably because he had the breakfast first before I did, so the server thought he might come try to have breakfast twice). Lastly, I thought the hotel was understaffed (I called the front desk, 2 out of 3, no one was there to answer) and the staff is not well-trained. You just lose me as a customer. Not recommended at all.

Nice property, very nice staff. The room was quite large and very comfortable. I liked that they had a separate lounge chair in the corner to put your stuff on. The desk was big enough to put my laptop on and work efficiently with plenty of room. As an IHG member, they give you a little goodie bag at the front desk. I’ve never been offered that before and it was really nice, definitely came in handy for some late night snacks.

I had a six night stay at this hotel. Enjoyed the stay, particularly the fitness room and pool/deckchair area. Room was fine and reasonably furnished. Breakfast sufficient but hot food options were exactly the same every day. Staff professional and reasonably friendly. Huge parking area, but sometimes still hard to find parking in the evening. One day my room was not cleaned by housekeeping, but management sorted the issue out to my satisfaction. There are no food options for lunch, only breakfast and dinner. All in all, a good comfortable stay and would recommend.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, everyone was attentive to our needs and was exceptionally caring and welcoming. We had forgotten our pool towels in the room and they delivered them to us in the pool so that it didn’t interrupt our fun in the pool! Vending machines were the nicest we’ve seen, the bar staff was awesome! We loved the extra security to get in and out. The bedding was extremely comfortable and the sheets were extra soft! Such a great night of sleep before a long day of soccer in the sun was exactly what we needed! We will stay here again in the future!

I was shocked that this hotel was so inexpensive, particularly in comparison to the surrounding IHG hotels, and I almost always stay at IHG hotels since I am a rewards member and get treated well. This hotel is the exception. The rooms are painfully small and the rooms are in dire need of updating. That said... they are clean and the beds were, albeit ridiculously small, comfortable. The front desk staff was rude. When I mentioned something about "Well, aren't you an IHG hotel?" They were like, "We fly the IHG flag, but we are an independent franchise." Um okay. Don't know what that means, but it was irritating. I was complaining about the beds being so small and trying to find a solution, like transferring to another nearby IHG hotel. No can do. They offered no solution. My husband an hour or so later thought about asking for a rollaway bed. He called down and they said that they'd bring one up. Why wasn't this offered in the first place when we were trying to explain that these beds were too small for us to share? But at least they brought it. The front desk people were rude, but I will say... the housekeeping staff was very polite. And the bartender was fantastic. But the hotel is shabby and the front desk staff are rude. I am guessing that, if you stay in a king size room with just two people, you might have a good experience.

I decided on the Crowne Plaza hotel while visiting my mother in Hayward, it was about five miles away and the price was very good. What I was not prepared for was how comfortable my room was and how accommodating the staff were. The room was perfect: comfy kind-sized bed with great pillows, little settee with table, Keurig coffee maker with Lavazza coffee capsules, nightlight in bathroom, long bathroom counter, nice amenities, free parking. The quality and type of amenities were better than at some other well known hotels I have stayed at. The attractive room was very quiet and close to the little gym, which I used and enjoyed. I also took my elderly mother to the restaurant for dinner and it was nice and quiet, and the food was acceptable, with good portions. The hotel also provided a "goody" bag with potato chips, cookies, Hershey bar and two bottles of Arrowhead spring water. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

I’m writing a review to compliment the front desk on its impeccable customer service. The duvet was not clean and I asked for another one. With no questions asked a new one was sent to my room. We needed late check out due to our flight being later. I was told we can check out at 2:00 without question or trying to charge us an additional fee. My hotels should take notice of this kind of service. They behaved like a 5 star hotel.

Our biggest issue was privacy concerns. That reflective plate they put at the bottom of the door allows someone on the other side to see into your room. So if you are naked, a peeping tom can look right into your room if they wanted to. Our next issue was the cost to not have breakfast included and 17 per person if you wanted to eat there which we decided against. Another issue we had was i ordered some rags since you are only supplied 2 towels and 2 rags and it took almost an hour just to get it so i basically waited to get a shower during that time frame just to get rags. They took our rags and did not resupply the room with rags. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was prime for what we were there for which was a wedding and small vacation, the area itself was good as well. The hotel is a nice hotel i just believe the things named above they can do better with along with a better quality laundry room. its very small and only 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. So for a big place like this hotel that is not very functional.I really think those plates at the bottom of the doors need to GO and the door needs to fill the gap so people cant peek into your room from below. I cant recommend this until the privacy issue is fixed that can lead to major issues.

Everything about this property and the daily operations are wonderful. From the staff to the soft pillows, comfortable beds. The entire property is clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff were all ready and eager to help you in any way they could. I spend more time in hotels than I do in my home. And this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I was truly sad to have to leave. But you can bet when I'm back in the area this will definitely be my home away from home.

The hotel in general was good. There were few issues such as housekeeping coming by just once, and not returning to fix up our room, a noisy fan that ran all night, and a wet spot on the carpet that did not go away. Other that that, the rest of it was great. The room was nicely made up when we arrived. The staff was very courteous. The breakfast was great. Shower facility was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The room remained dark until you opened the curtain. In general, we like the room more than not.

The staff was friendly and professional. The exterior was very well kept. The common areas of the hotel was very nice. The room was clean, but dated. There is a limit to number of outlets and room had a slight mildew smell. It was noticeable, but not extremely bad. This hotel is obviously old and the rooms could be renovated a bit. I think the rates for this hotel are a little high considering the age. On the positive side, the amenities were nice, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I was able to get a lot of work done. A comfortable room is most important to me when I'm traveling. If I return to this area I will definitely stay here again. This hotel is well managed with a great staff.
